Terribly awful. I just called them to make sure they have a hold on the package. Whoever answer the phone just didn't want to check the package and cut me off. And they can just do it. Outrages.
Needed to send an international package. Post office did not have a single customs form for packages under 4 lbs. Clerk checked all the drawers in all counters and the back, I checked all the form containers in the "outside" area. Not a single one.
This place is really good at "losing" packages and not picking up the phone. I am surprised it has been allowed to get this bad.

Very Rude, the are loosing all my mail, deliverying to wrong address I went to the ofice to talk with the manager but this guy was very rude with me he said nothing I can do, they loose 2 of my checks , I contact he sender to cancell the firts one, and the second check never arrive also. What kind of service is this??? Unfortunately we need this office.
Clerk was polite about it, but in the end USPS couldn't process my package.
